tkbaj Terms & Conditions

General Terms

These Terms govern the relationship between tkbaj and all registered users accessing the platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. tkbaj operates as an online casino and sports betting platform offering cricket betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, and associated payment and account management services. All services are provided in English and denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

By accessing tkbaj, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party; (c) you understand that gambling involves financial risk and you are solely responsible for any losses incurred; (d) all funds deposited to your tkbaj account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity; and (e) your use of tkbaj does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

These Terms are supplemented by any product-specific rules published on the tkbaj platform, including sportsbook rules, casino game rules, tournament rules, and promotional terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a product-specific rule document, the more specific document shall prevail in relation to that product or promotion, except where these Terms expressly state otherwise.

Account Registration

To access betting markets, casino games, and payment services on tkbaj, you must register a single personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a contact number, and your residential address within Bangladesh. tkbaj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: tkbaj operates a multi-stage KYC verification process consistent with responsible gaming best practice. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold, or at any time at tkbaj's reasonable discretion. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested will result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is satisfactorily completed.

You must notify tkbaj promptly if any of your registered details change, including your email address, phone number, or residential address. tkbaj accepts no liability for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information held on your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

tkbaj supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for Bangladesh players. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no currency conversion fees applied by tkbaj.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your tkbaj account within minutes of successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect, depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. tkbaj does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their standard transaction charges, which are outside tkbaj's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by tkbaj within 30 minutes for standard requests submitted during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals are paid exclusively to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to that method's technical capability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. You must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be approved.

tkbaj reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to: proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, source of funds documentation, and transaction history. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days will result in the withdrawal request being temporarily placed on hold pending resolution.

All bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated bonus winnings being forfeited, with only the original qualifying deposit returned.

Bonuses & Promotions

tkbaj offers a variety of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar — including BPL cricket season rewards, Eid bonus packages, and Pohela Boishakh celebrations. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published in full on the relevant promotion page before you opt in.

The following general conditions apply to all tkbaj bonuses unless the promotion's own terms expressly state otherwise:

1. Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated as a repeating or reload offer.
2. Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be retrospectively applied to your account.
3. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total).
4. tkbaj reserves the right to determine which game categories and individual titles contribute to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — see each promotion for the full contribution schedule.
5. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted.
6. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a promotion — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or arbitrage betting — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account suspension.
7. tkbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively alter the terms applicable to bonuses already accepted and in the process of being wagered.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets on tkbaj, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test series, bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other available markets, are governed by the tkbaj Sportsbook Rules published separately on the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting products:

• All bets placed and confirmed are binding and cannot be cancelled by the player after the event start time, except where tkbaj's Cash Out feature is available and the player exercises it in accordance with the Cash Out terms.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided due to event cancellation, abandonment, or insufficient play will be returned to the player's account as cash at the original stake value.
• tkbaj reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or number of bets per event, per market, or per player at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. tkbaj accepts no liability for delays in odds updates resulting from third-party data feed interruptions. Bets accepted during a confirmed data outage may be voided at tkbaj's discretion.
• All casino games are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness. Live casino tables are operated by professional dealers in real-time studio environments provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published within each game's information panel. These percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Any malfunction of casino software or hardware voids all pays and plays. tkbaj will not be held liable for losses arising from genuine system malfunctions and will take reasonable steps to restore affected accounts to their pre-malfunction state.

User Obligations

As a registered user of tkbaj, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds held in your account at the time of the breach.

1. Accurate Information: You will provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. You will update your registered details promptly if they change.
2. Single Account: You will not create, use, or benefit from more than one tkbaj account at any time. Operating multiple accounts to circumvent promotional restrictions or deposit limits is strictly prohibited.
3. No Fraud or Manipulation: You will not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated tools (bots, scripts), engage in collusion with other players, or exploit any error in odds or game logic for financial gain.
4. Lawful Funds: All funds deposited to your tkbaj account will be your own lawful property, free from any criminal origin, encumbrance, or third-party claim. You confirm that you are not using tkbaj as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime.
5. No Underage Access: You will not allow any person under the age of 18 to access or use your tkbaj account. You are responsible for implementing adequate safeguards if your device is shared with minors.
6. Respectful Conduct: You will engage with tkbaj support staff and any community features in a respectful manner. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at tkbaj staff or other users will result in immediate account suspension.
7. Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of tkbaj is lawful in your jurisdiction. tkbaj does not guarantee that its services are legally available in every location, and it is your responsibility to confirm legality before participating.

Age Restriction

tkbaj is strictly an 18+ platform. Access to, registration on, and use of any tkbaj service is prohibited for any person under the age of 18 years. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction, local gambling age laws, or parental consent.

tkbaj implements age verification at registration and may request supporting documentation — including National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any point to confirm that a player is of legal age. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account will be suspended and any funds deposited will be returned via the original payment method, minus any bonus funds already credited.

Account Closure & Suspension

tkbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Confirmed underage access or use of the platform.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under our Responsible Gaming programme.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

In cases of account suspension where no fraud or breach has been confirmed, tkbaj will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via the original deposit method after the investigation is complete. Where fraud or a material breach is confirmed, tkbaj reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account as damages.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your tkbaj account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Pending wagers at the time of closure request will either be settled normally or voided in accordance with the applicable sporting or game rules, depending on the status of the relevant event.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tkbaj's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any related service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

tkbaj shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity disruptions, server downtime, or technical failures beyond tkbaj's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, including delays, failures, or errors in deposit or withdrawal processing by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank or card provider.
• Losses arising from the player's own actions, decisions, or failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses resulting from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, pandemic, or any other event outside tkbaj's reasonable control.

tkbaj makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While tkbaj takes all reasonable technical precautions — including 256-bit SSL encryption, regular security audits, and server redundancy — no online platform can guarantee absolute uninterrupted availability, and tkbaj does not represent otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments

tkbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tkbaj will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law, regulation, or urgent security considerations.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the tkbaj platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
